Kenpo Karate
This program has the goal of taking a student to Black Belt and beyond and is based on the physical and mental traditions of Kenpo Karate. Typically requiring three years to reach the level of Black belt, this is a progressive learning program that, like earning a college degree, requires regular attendance, practice, and dedication. Students in this program develop a knowledge of self-defense, self-confidence, and ultimately self-mastery.
As students progresses through the belt ranks, the mental and physical demands increase as the students' physical conditioning and confidence increases. This ensures that the program is always interesting and challenging.

S.M.A.R.T Defense
S.M.A.R.T. (Scientific Modern Approach to Realistic Training) Defense is a program designed for people who want to learn modern, realistic methods of self-defense. Classes consist of conditioning exercises, skill building drills, the study of psychological concepts needed for fear management, and the practice of techniques and concepts in realistic attack scenarios. It's a great workout and a lot of fun!
