Red Dragon Kenpo Karate and Absolute Jiu-Jitsu are very excited to provide the opportunity to train with one of the highest ranking Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors in Northeast Tennessee and the surrounding area. Classes consist of a brisk warm-up followed by technique material.  After class everyone gets a chance to roll (sparring in the grappling world) and training is done in a No Gi environment.
